How to convert JPG to WebP

    1. Add your JPG images. Drop them onto the box or choose them from your device.
    2. Choose WebP. WebP is selected for you. Try 80 to 85% quality for website images.
    3. Convert and save. Click Convert images, then save each WebP or download a ZIP.

Why switch from JPG to WebP?

Smaller images mean faster pages. WebP is designed for the web and is usually smaller than JPG at similar quality. A faster site is better for visitors, for search rankings and for paid campaigns, because ad landing pages that load quickly waste fewer clicks.

    Resize at the same time

Most websites do not need images wider than about 1600 to 2000 pixels. Choose Custom size in pixels and enter the width you need. Combined with WebP, this can cut file sizes dramatically.

    Test the result

Compare the WebP with the original at normal size. If you see banding or blur, raise the quality a little. Keep your original JPGs as backups, because converting from an already compressed JPG cannot restore detail.
